Account Information

Your My Account is home to managing all of your information on Printive. In My Account, you’ll see an overview of your order, order history, payment, and shipping information and track your order. If you’d like to change or update your account information of email address, password, and general account information or re/deregister your account with Printive, simply send us an email to service@printive.net for assistance. If you have issues accessing your5 account or you’d like to reset your email address or password, email us and we’ll be happy to help.

All our payments are to be made in USD currency and must be fully paid before production. Note that for some of our special services or requests such
as direct mailing or slipcases, the amount may be determined after an order is placed and we will bill you in advance of printing your
